– Create a OTC business from scratch for large market maker with strong liquidity position in the market;

– Prepare business plan, identify key areas that should be approached in the first place, provide insights on the OTC business operations;

– Develop and execute strategic plans to create a OTC business globally;

– Build and enhance relationships with high-profile projects, local venture capitalists, exchanges, custodians, and other infrastructure providers within the crypto and traditional financial ecosystems;

– Implement structured business development processes to improve operational tools like CRM systems and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns;

– Monitor key developments and news in the financial and crypto sectors to identify business development opportunities and potential collaborations.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field;

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in FICC sales, dealing with institutional clients in a high-frequency or electronic trading environment;

– Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or client-facing roles within the financial sector;

– Deep knowledge of OTC products, including derivatives and options; experience with crypto derivatives is highly desirable, preferably;

– eCommerce and digital assets services experience, with a proven ability to deliver substantial business results;

– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence clients and partners through persuasive, clear, and effective dialogue;

– Strong interest or background in crypto trading, blockchain technologies, and algorithmic trading, with a keen aptitude for learning and innovation.

– Experience in developing high load services;

– Experience in SQL/Spark/Pandas/Numpy;

– Competency in Go/C++;

– Understanding of operating systems, networks, and performance optimization;

– Any experience in competitive programming contests (IOI, ICPC, hashcode) or CTFs.
