– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field;
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in FICC sales, dealing with institutional clients in a high-frequency or electronic trading environment;
– Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or client-facing roles within the financial sector;
– Deep knowledge of OTC products, including derivatives and options; experience with crypto derivatives is highly desirable, preferably;
– eCommerce and digital assets services experience, with a proven ability to deliver substantial business results;
– Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence clients and partners through persuasive, clear, and effective dialogue;
– Strong interest or background in crypto trading, blockchain technologies, and algorithmic trading, with a keen aptitude for learning and innovation.
