At Pinely, we maintain an informal atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to speak their minds. We operate in small teams that work autonomously, setting their own tasks and goals without too much hierarchy and bureaucracy. While long-term strategic decisions are taken mostly by the management team, most operational decisions are taken at the team level, aided by supporting teams such as IT, Legal, HR, accounting and business development.
And, even though our mathematicians disagree, we believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts; together, we can achieve more. Therefore, we invest not just in our people, but also in team building. We stimulate group trips to exciting destinations, provide group lessons in the major languages we speak and play together by having game rooms for board games, active games and money games.
