— Partner with internal trading teams to understand core business requirements, identify opportunities for business growth and work towards execution;

— Lead exchange management processes across APAC markets to coordinate change management, new opportunities and regulatory updates;

— Collaborate on broker relationship management to optimize business around execution pricing, financing, leverage, margin, SBL and other day to day businesses requirements;

— Attend industry conferences or exchange site visits as needed to cultivate new relationships and identify new business partnerships;

— Collaborate with Global BD team members on technical elements of project delivery by identifying dependencies early and assisting the development team on external communication for exchange/broker certification and UAT testing;

— Collaborate internally to maintain internal project plans and roadmaps;

— Provide strategic problem-solving and process improvement suggestions that drive organizational efficiency;

— Occasional travel to other Pinely offices and within the APAC region as required.

— Degree in a STEM discipline or business preferred;

— 10+ years within a brokerage and/or trading firm in Asia preferred;

— Composed and agile under pressure, with the ability to manage projects with diverse timelines and rapidly shifting priorities from ideation to execution;

— Strong verbal and written communication skills with a can-do attitude are essential.
