– Develop the Central Backoffice system, ensuring automatic reconciliation of exchange operations from trading system data with exchange API and broker reports;

– Design and develop data transformation processes (ETL);

– Participate in improving system performance to ensure fast and frequent recalculation of financial results throughout the day;

– Design and implement a system for automatic discrepancy detection, problem escalation, and data transfer to the accounting system;

– Dive deep into profit, commission, and balance calculations. Closely collaborate with teams working on trading strategy development.

– 3+ years of development experience in Python / Go;
Advanced-level experience in PostgreSQL database design. Ability to shard, troubleshoot, and optimize databases;

– Experience working with big data;

– Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple parallel projects involving many stakeholders;

– Ownership mindset – willingness to take responsibility for work results, understanding that there's no option to say "the problem is not on my side" in case of issues;

– Passion for data analysis and a commitment to excellence in this area.
