— Proven experience in building or operating low-latency networks, ideally in trading, finance, or similarly latency-sensitive environments;
— Strong knowledge of RF technologies, including SDR, LOS validation, link budgeting, and spectrum planning;
— Ability to engage with RF vendors and partners to ensure robust link design and performance;
— Familiarity with submarine cable infrastructure, including CLS operations, optical lambdas, and provisioning workflows;
— Experience with low-latency networking hardware, including Layer 1 switches and optical transport;
— Proficiency in diagnosing network issues and conducting incident response in distributed environments;
— Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Python, NetBox, or similar;
— Familiarity with observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, and other telemetry tools;
— Ability to plan and manage network capacity, including forecasting and optimization;
— Advanced written and spoken English;
— Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across time zones.
